About these website terms
NEORYSE is the public brand of Neoryse Tech, a sole proprietorship. These terms concern use of the NEORYSE website, its content, discovery booking links and email links. Questions can be sent to hello@neoryse.com.
Separate client agreements
Website descriptions are general information about the studio and its capabilities. Sending an email or booking a discovery call does not create a client service agreement or commit either party to a project.
Project scope, fees, payment arrangements, delivery schedules, confidentiality, intellectual property, support and any other service obligations are addressed in a separate signed client service agreement. That agreement governs the services it covers. These website terms do not replace or amend it.
Using the website
Use the website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, send spam or malicious content, or misuse contact and booking links. Only share information you are authorized to share; avoid passwords and sensitive personal records.
Website content and branding
The website’s text, design and NEORYSE brand assets belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing this website does not grant a license to reuse the logo, branding or other protected material. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licenses. Contact us if you would like permission to use website material.
Inquiries and third-party services
Direct correspondence relies on your email provider and our Zoho Mail service. The website has no submission form or Contact API and sends no acknowledgement emails. Sending an email does not guarantee delivery, a response time or acceptance of a project.
Optional discovery scheduling opens the external Cal.com page. Cal.com handles confirmations and notifications; opening or abandoning that page does not confirm a booking or submit an inquiry to this website. Discovery calls may use Google Meet, as indicated in the booking confirmation. These services and any external links are subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices. Website information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
Accuracy and availability
Website information may change and may contain errors or omissions. The website and third-party services may be interrupted or unavailable. Service descriptions do not guarantee a particular project result, price, delivery date or ongoing support arrangement.
These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific warranties, remedies or liability provisions belong in the applicable signed client service agreement.
