Who we are

NEORYSE is the public brand of Neoryse Tech, a sole proprietorship. This policy explains information handling through this website, discovery bookings and direct correspondence. For privacy questions, contact hello@neoryse.com.

Information you provide

This static website has no project inquiry form, Contact API or application inquiry database. You can choose to book a discovery call through Cal.com or email us directly.

When you book, Cal.com processes the contact information, selected time and answers you provide. We use information shared with us to understand your project, arrange the conversation and discuss potential work. If you email us, we receive your message, contact details and any attachments you choose to include. Please avoid passwords, sensitive personal records or information you are not authorized to share.

Cal.com and meeting services

The booking link opens Cal.com in a separate tab. We do not embed its scheduler, prefill personal information in its URL, receive booking payloads through a website API or store booking details in the website. Cal.com handles scheduling, confirmations and notifications according to the event and account settings. Opening the booking page alone does not submit an inquiry to NEORYSE; if you leave before confirming, we may not receive your details.

Your booking confirmation identifies the meeting service and joining details. Google Meet and any connected Google Calendar may process participant, calendar and connection information to provide those services. See the Cal.com Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. This website does not implement meeting recording or transcription.

Direct email correspondence

Our business mailbox uses Zoho Mail. Your email provider and Zoho process messages and attachments for delivery and correspondence. The website does not send inquiry notifications or acknowledgement emails through Resend or another transactional email API.

Messages and subsequent correspondence may remain in our mailbox and provider records. See the Zoho Privacy Policy for its information practices.

Hosting, network information and storage

Cloudflare Pages provides static hosting and Cloudflare provides content delivery and network security. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request information and security logs to deliver and protect the website. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

The website code does not integrate Cloudflare Web Analytics, advertising trackers or first-party tracking cookies. It does not save project details in browser storage. Hosting security features and external scheduling, meeting and email providers may use cookies or other storage according to their own settings and policies. No analytics service is claimed to be enabled.

Retention and protection

No automatic deletion schedule is configured by this website. Emails, replies, booking details and provider records may remain in email and scheduling services according to their settings and business recordkeeping needs. A specific retention duration has not been confirmed.

No internet service or email system can guarantee absolute security. Provider processing and storage locations depend on the services and account configurations; this website does not promise storage in a particular country.

Questions and privacy requests

Email hello@neoryse.com to ask about information you have shared or request access, correction or deletion. Include enough context to identify your correspondence or booking, without sending sensitive identity documents in the initial message. We may need to verify the request and consider applicable recordkeeping requirements.

You can choose whether to book or email. The availability and handling of specific privacy rights depend on applicable law; this policy does not claim a legal certification or compliance guarantee.
